Since the discovery of mental illness seems to be increasing, I thought it suitable to do some type of research. Remember, knowledge is key! It doesn’t prevent us from suffering whatever illness or disease we my acquire, however, it helps us handle it better! It’s not just for us but for our loved ones! Happy mental reading!!
